Sam is awesome! It was our first time having our taxes prepared by XL Tax Service and it was a positive experience. We had filed for an extension and Sam jumped right in an turned an exhausting task into a smooth and efficient one. He allowed us to email our documents and had everything loaded into his software for the time of our appointment. The appointment went great; we sat down and discussed all our business, he answered a lot of questions that had gone unanswered by other tax preparers in the past, and most importantly he made sure we understood everything before we walked out the door.
